College Student Volunteers

We are looking for diverse college students who want to partner with current high school students on community outreach projects that improve the lives of our youth and their community. The goal is to build a space and relationship that positions our youth as experts of their community, create bridges to key stakeholders, and eliminate Barriers to Learning, health, and Success.

Qualifications:

• Must be a current undger-graduate college student

• commitment to building bridges between our youth and key stakeholders

• commitment to Opening Doors to Shared and New Opportunities

• commitment to ensuring the youth voice is at the decision making table in our schoos, government, and community

Adult Allies Volunteers

We are looking for adult allies who want to partner with current high school students and college students on community outreach projects that improve the lives of our youth and their community. The goal is to share the perspective of

Qualifications:

• Model a leadership that creates space for our youth

• commitment to ensuring the youth voice is at the decision making table in our schools, government, and community

• commitment to developing relationships and partnerships with youth

• commitment to understanding the knowledge of our youth’s needs and strengths

• Must be patient and committed to power-sharing with our youth
